As one of the largest, most exciting government departments, we offer complexity, scale and a variety of roles beyond conventional HR.

We’re also looking for project and change management, behavioural insight and analysis and diversity and inclusion professionals and more.  

You don’t need an HR background to join us. Our teams come from all kinds of professional backgrounds and all walks of life. If you can communicate and empathise with people, that’s the most important thing. And if you’re proactive and open-minded, inquisitive, and willing to learn, this could be for you. We’ll support you to learn the rest as you go along.
